A Look Back On 2015.

2015 has been one of the worst and best years thus far. I wanted to break down the year month by month and take a look at it that way.

January- In January my Great Grandma (GG) passed away. She was 98 years old and was the most stubborn old lady I’ve ever met. I probably get that from her. In January I also went to New York for the 3rd time and realized I want to do advertising.

February- I turned 18!

March- I honestly don’t remember what happened in March.

April- Prom! Prom was so fun and I absolutely loved it. I loved my dress and I think that was my favorite thing from April. I spent so many months looking at dresses and it’s crazy how fast it came and went. In April I also visited Ole Miss for Woodstock and it was a blast. I so hope I can go back this year. I met so many friends while being there.

May- I got my wisdom teeth out which was a weird experience and I’m glad I NEVER have to do that again because I was allergic to my pain meds and the anesthesia. I couldn’t take the pain meds so I was in so much pain and the anesthesia made me throw up so much I couldn’t even drink water. I GRADUATED HIGH SCHOOL!!! I also went to Turks and Caicos and it’s insanely beautiful. The water is so so blue and perfect.

June- I got back from Turks and Caicos and I was soo tan and I wish I was that tan again. I also went to orientation for Ole Miss which later I didn’t need to go to but I was happy to spent a couple of days in my favorite town.

July- July might be my favorite month of the year. I loved July so much that I wish I could relive everyday of it. Starting off, 4th of July was the best one yet, I met somebody incredible and I grew so much within that time. I went to my 5th Taylor Swift concert in Chicago and had the time of my life.

August- I started college. I didn’t want to be there at first but I’ve changed so much since school starting that I don’t regret it.

September- I FINALLY made friends at school and finally began to have a social life. I also went to Colorado which was amazing and wish I could do it all over again.

October- October was a whirlwind of a month. I hated every single minute of it and never want to live it again. My grandma lost her life to cancer and I’ve never felt so much sadness.

November- In November my grandmas brother lost his life so October and November were weird crazy months. Their mom passed away in January and within a year, their entire family was gone. In November I finally was able to spend a week at home and I love being at home. While I complain a lot about where I live, I love being at home and wouldn’t want to have grown up anywhere else (okay besides maybe going to a different school..) Somewhere in-between October and November I also went vegetarian.

December- I finished my first semester of college! I can’t even believe that 2015 is nearly over. It’s crazy to see how much has changed this year and what has happened this past year. I wouldn’t change anything except the lives that have been lost this year.
